But we all know what's really going on here, don't we? The US lender has been dumping collateral shares. And the company is afraid to admit that they may have breached the terms of the loan.

That's my formal analysis.



Totally, and as usual it just makes them (and everything) even worse for lying about it.. Maybe they are trying to get that 100M dollar loan after all :D
