INCORRECT .. All 3a10 transactions have an “ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM” clause which allows for financiers like LAM to request a larger (and larger) tranches of shares as the price falls. It becomes a “death spiral” in case you hadn’t noticed.

3a10 is not adjustable they get the amount that is agreed upon and that's it as it is court ordered lol!
