LAM 1 of the most patient OTC dilutive funders of all time!

Doog, with that very strongly-worded statement, you seem to be grouping LAM in with other toxic vulture lenders who were issued conv debt. LAM is not. In fact, they are not even remotely close.

The 10/16/17 Settlement announcement said LAM bought "certain past-due obligations and accounts payable" of ONCI. LAM was never paid and they sued and won in Court. In my view, since LAM is not your typical "OTC dilutive funder" as you indicated, that might explain why they are "patiently" selling their shares seeking to maximize their ROI.

PLEASE SHARE IF YOU KNOW --- Since you mentioned in several posts LAM is "one of the most patient OTC dilutive funders of all time!", could you share with the board the names of other 3a10 OTC lenders you were referring to? And over what timeframe did they receive and sell their shares? That would be real useful info for the board to use as a benchmark.
