I do agree with you that it DOES matter when a RS occurs. It needs to occur at a time (just prior to) when successive positive news on milestones and user reviews is ready for dissemination. Hopefully it occurs after some organic growth so that pps can be split to a high enough level that will put Titan on a better exchange and allow it to stay there in case there is a short-term retraction of pps post RS. I would hope the RS ratio puts Titan's OS at a similar level to ISRGs. That simply makes it a little easier to make comparisons and future growth estimates.

But growth percentage is what it is irregardless of the OS and RS. Moving from .31 to $1 (pre RS) will take exactly the same amount of time as moving from $4.65 to $15 (if a RS occurred at today's pps). Not sure why you think it wouldn't? The rate of growth doesnt change.
