If you look at the chart and volume bars on 11/3 & 11/6 (the two days the stock momentarily touched 1.5 cents) you'll see that your post is factually incorrect, plus you're overlooking the fact that Livingston receives their shares at a 45% discount to market.

I suggest people go back to my original post (below) if they are interested in what I "actually" said. It seems to have gotten confused by some.
