DNI - I am sure thankful for that! I was able to sell my position for around break-even.
How this ends up well for DNI shareholders I don't know. Whether the claims on either end are legitimate we're talking about Madagascar. If this was in a western country it would be expensive and lengthy to litigate. Who knows now, if this ends up in court is it litigated in Australia, Canada, or Madagascar? Do the delays trigger unfavorable actions with agreements between DNI and other (non-Cougar) parties?
I don't know. At this point it seems like having money in DNI or Cougar is a crapshoot and I can't see how it is worth the risk
