IMO Brian had the absolute perfect scenario, which he has totally failed to capitalize on. Unfortunately the cake has grown stale while waiting for the icing to be made. He has a great profitable core electrical services company and does building automation… and how many times over the past year has he talked about how he intends to grow that side of the business? The company has an EV charging network in one of the largest metro areas of the entire country which continues to see huge investment dollars (private & federal) to expand EV infrastructure… and yet how many times in the last year has he mentioned how the company plans to grow and monetize that side of the business? Brian has utilized the “public” aspect of the company to suit his needs in the past, yet doesn’t seem too interested in keeping shareholders informed and/or explaining how he plans to bring future value. As a result of CEO’s complete lack of public/investor awareness, he has made this “just about the court case”. There is absolutely nothing else to talk about, except what we dig up from other sources. And quite frankly, I’m growing rather tired of working on the same puzzle for well over a year now.
