I believe they legally sold all the ships properly except for Box Trader and Box Voyager.

We can only contest the ones they sold improperly and kept the net proceeds for their own private entities benefits hidden from the common shareholders.

this management has burned all the major banks out there like Credit Suisse and Ambro - so we will need for

them to self finance the rebuilding initially from funds I believe from Allseas the CEO's private affiliate which IMHO stole from Box Ships thru them plunging on

the spoils of Box Ships during the settlement process of the bank debts to take net assets of Box Ships ie Box Voyager and Box Trader. The receivables from Allseas that never

been paid to Box Ships is a mystery too indicating further they planned on taking the cash thru not paying Box Ships forcing them to do 3 rounds of toxic dilutive

financing that was not needed that destroyed the PPS price of the common and one reverse split that was never needed. This all indicates they raided the spoils of Box Ships for

the CEO private entities benefits IMHO all anti-fiduciary acts and are legally a problem for them since they had the flexibility to execute on other options that protected the common shareholders vs willfully and intentionally hurting us IMHO ( ie no mgmt. is that dumb to not know they were destroying the capital of Box Ships since 2010 just to provide a vehicle to generate revenues for their private affiliates and using the public company as a shell to divert money to their private businesses ie they did not care whether the public company made money amid an over capacity in the shipping business and kept buying as many ships as possible while the shipping business was heading south in the industry so they could continue to divert shipping business revenues to their private affiliates to make money for themselves IMHO - that is how they got the company in trouble and destroyed over 1/2 billion in common shareholder capital raised since 2010- all because they were blinded by their own self interest IMHO and the BOD knew all this and should be liable for their actions IMHO
