Excuse me but didn't IDCC also expand on their BCDMA patents? Wouldn't

QCOM possibly be using some of the IDCC patents? Hard for me to understqnd

that IDCC was working on CDMA back when and also BCDMA and to not add

to the BCDMA patents over the years kind of makes no sense does it?

What you are basically saying is QCOM is ran by genuises and IDCC by

idiots. To be working on BCDMA and seeing how dominant CDMA and QCOM

had became using CDMA and not enhance your BCDMA would make no sense.
