Your analysis is incorrect. The 3 mil is for purchased services. It has nothing to due with an investment or recognition of IP.

If Areva was interested they would be picking up half of the check. They are not reaching for their pockect because they are smart enough to know that it is a worthless technology. But they will take whatever money LTBR is willing to give them risk free.
