Well, for some reason they locked in Thornton as Big Dog, with those preferred shares that can be 51% voted, etc.

That's usually a move to prevent takeovers by any shareholders/whoever.

But an increase in AS usually means they have to have those shares to cover any Conv Debt conversions.
