Yes I believe thats how the MMs load up up or take profit. Like TXHE 1 share at .01 but they may have really loaded up 1 billion. especially all the t trades UNGS PTTN QOIL are all doing the same. I load up too and wait. PDGO was worth the wait. sooner or later someone will buy the the ticker and pump n dump was stuck in HIRU for 5 years. I read some where in NV after 5 years they dont have to pay all the fines to relist.
GVSI will be pushing pot on the elderly next.
