If I Had only known you , Tadlock and SportyNorty existed with these large amounts of shares and were willing to fly to meet with the Box Ships CEO when Mr. Chu got the following invite and couldn't go to NYC , I would have had Mr. Chu get the CEO to meet with any of the two of you. Mr. Chu got 2 invites to meet with the Box Ships CEO during 2017 -once early in the year and once late in the year: see below

Reference is made to the allegations raised in your letter dated 11 November 2017, namely that a common shareholder had contacted our office in Greece requesting to meet us and we denied. We felt that it was our obligation to inform you that such shareholder never called our offices or tried to communicate with us.

We reassure you that if we were in receipt of such call, we would have arranged a meeting with this shareholder.

At this point, we wish to remind you , that Mr. Bodouroglou had tried to meet with you in NY in the past and you explicitly denied to meet with him.

Nevertheless we are more than happy to meet with you or any other Company’s shareholder anytime, in an effort to address any issues or concerns you may have.
