A new Sacramento Tentative Ruling is available. It focuses on the remaining Demurrer/Strike Motions submitted by Maciora. Both parties can request oral arguments which would be heard on Tuesday.

This ruling is free and available through the link below. On the right side of the page, select the Tentative Ruling by Department link, enter 54 for Department, and date of December 11.

Once the ruling is final, one will have to purchase it. I recommend printing it to PDF and saving it if you don't have time to read this weekend.

Those who are sick of seeing the Motion for Receivership will appreciate that the Judge rejected Maciora's request for judicial notice of that (vacated) Motion as irrelevant.
