Nice tidy 25% discount on THE LOWEST PRICE DURING THE 5-7 DAY PERIOD THEY'RE REQUESTED TO BUY STOCK. Man, what a deal. You suckers buy on the market, and they get 25% off whatever the lowest price existed for that weekly period.

Edit: I love the spin going on here. These are miserable terms. They're not MMEX bad, but they're still terrible.

Also, dilution was stated to be over by the CEO MULTIPLE TIMES previously, and now another round is obviously starting.
