Sale and transfer of UMS,LLC stores to FX1 Mobile docket number 252, T-Mobile had objected but it looks like they dropped it or it was denied in the December 6th hearing.

It was in regards to this excerpt which I think it speaks for itself.

Debtor is seeking to sell the going concern of the T-Mobile Locations to FX1 Mobile (“FX1”) for the purchase price of $400,000.00. Debtor’s principal, David Lee is a 50% member of KHC, LLC, which is a 40% minority owner of FX1.
