Exactly even if they could have sold those small amount of shares they got bought up! Usually they can not sell for 6 months.

Good news is DPW cleared debt, bad news a tiny bit of dilution.

Really shouldn't effect PPS either way, but it sure freaked people out, so we'll see how that works out
