Edwad has a way of suckering new investors into buying his absolutely worthless shares. He composes his fictional finance script, then releases it to the get-rich-quick believer masses, lures them into his corrupt fold and steals every penny they have put in the pot, and then blames the not-so-sharp tool that was placed in CEO position for the huge losses.
Every Vakser script is a tragedy, although there is some humor to be found in his disrespect for the Queen's English and in his preposterous claims of soon-to-open pot lounges, grow ops, fictitious software, management teams with zero experience in running business...
There is huge debt, zero cash, morally bankrupt and incompetent management STEALING investors every cent here. Ain't no way any business will ever be a success with Vakser, BY DESIGN!!!
