Been a while since I've checked in here. Seems the mixed shelf offering is taking it's toll but I'd have to assume the company is bringing in a lot of cash from it. I believe out of the $350m offering only 100m was supposed to be common shares.

Looks like the initial push is to sell ZTildo in the European market then the US if approved in February. The cash they're building up from the offering will be needed for product and advertising.

Technically a long down trend but i'm looking for PSAR to be hit. That's when the action will begin. When they are done selling the 100m common this will move up fast.

I'll be keeping a closer eye on it now. Just worried they will release super news for ZTildo and it will gap. Hopefully PSAR gets hit first. That's my re-entry.
