His stocks have been revoked, sent to the black market, chilled, globally-locked, locked out of the back office, and under investigation by the authorities for violations of the code. All Vakser no-bid companies are penniless, some have negative cash on hand, all have crazy debt still owed after years and years of issuing shares by the billions to debt holders.
