washinton Post piece about Gorsuch being the biggest
voice on Supreme Court for patent rights. IN
regards to the Oil States SCOTUS case.
So highly slanted towards the conservative view,
and clearly anti PTAB. But they aren't wrong Gorsuch was all about it.

Good read though, I still go with the prevailing thought its a coin toss.
5-4 decision one way or the other. SO I like those odds as well being as no real downside for us or a few sectors. Get Oil States in before WDDD CAFC results.
