I was doing some research on the CEO;

* In 2014 (when the stock was much much higher) the CEO owned 18.3 million shares as can be seen on this form;

* In Nov 2017 the CEO owns 24.5 million shares as can be seen in this form;

It appears that CEO Zallen never dumped his stock when it was much much higher ... if he wants to remake his fortune, he'll need to rebuild the stock price... and with pot legalization just around the corner in California, I'd say the timing is about right to start the process.
