But what is worse, is that I did not take my own advise. What do I preach over and over? Leverage in. Buy in parts. 33% 33% 33%.

But noooooooooo. I had to take the whole bite at $10.00

But if there is a SILVER lining.

Ten dollars is a nice price .... historically.
