Actually, XTRA Airways (Aerline) is having big troubles of its own. I'm sure Frank Visconti is very distracted right now and didn't really need the hassle of the Songbird deal. He could sure use the million if he did indeed get it. Lot's of scuttlebutt on other forums on how screwed up XTRA is. Songbird must have been even worse since he shut it down rather than XTRA. Buying Songbird was a disaster in the making.
Here's an article about XTRA today about how they started and had to stop some flying in the far east. Sounds like a real debacle.
