You have this all right and it is included with the dilution. I have many blue chip stocks about 10. They are normally boring.You will make a killing in EVIO IMO. Obviously you make a decent income. Putting a little money in otc can be quite rewarding as I have bought 5 houses in 3 years. Never say never I just bought back into MJNA today which is on the otc. Their CEO was indicted 3 years ago on a real account scam and since I believe went to prison. I said I would never buy that stock again and today I could not resist.Totally build a blue chip portfolio and then add spice to your life. I play Vegas right on the keyboard...lol

PS Enjoy life! MJNA is cbd's with a ton of shares O/S. Will hopefully flip and add profits in EVIO. I have made more money in otc than I ever made in blue chip.
