your implication is equally baseless.

Maybe it's the same vultures bs but they simply have to wait a few days until the shares are available under a revised shelf. How do you know they aren't going to pillage and dump this down to new all time lows as soon as they can? It is a totally baseless hypothesis that this isn't more of the same toxic dilution, except with a slight delay.
