Hi T,

Yes complicated, not sure.

But am sure there has be a huge amount of buying of teh common stock in open market by someone. The oil market looks up for next few years, so TAT should do really well. GXOCF (Granite) another one to look at. 14% dividend, bot quite a bit this week of it.

And TAT was my biggest oil averaged down in it so have done real well on it.
