For a little perspective..when accounting for the two reverse splits under Cellucci’s watch, using the current share equivalent...
...he has issued over 200 QUADRILLION shares (Today’s share basis)...since he took over, most of which have come in the last year and a half.
...since he took over the share value has dropped OVER 99.999% as a result ...again including the reverse splits.
The ENTIRE CURRENT OS of over 7 BILLION SHARES are almost entirely due to note conversions.
...and yet, the face value of the convertible debt still on the books is, at the moment, at an ALL TIME HIGH.
So....there is little doubt that as long as there are buyers in the market they will continue to feed them shares.
