IF it were up to Me...


I would announce a Special Dividend of size...but not just yet...

I would want to know the ramifications of any tax policy changes...and how much "excess $$$" were in account...Look at how much is still available for buybacks...

so...

wait til Congress finalizes "something"...ok...??!
