I don't think what I said sounded anything like that. In fact, to clarify further what I feel, here is a pm I just sent someone.

In every instance where Frank has attempted to start a business, he's failed. I've listed the numerous companies. Is it possible that this time he's lucked into a situation where the responsibility of making a success of the company is not his? Yes. And that's the ONLY hope I see here for shareholders. Because Frank is either too lazy to see things through or incapable of bringing a company to full operation. Either way, he's made a living off doing this so it's pretty clear there's not the normal drive to succeed fueling him but simply creating a situation where he can sell shares to earn a living. That's all the OTC is for a lot of people who don't or can't make a living honestly through hard work.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
