EGFR testing becoming more standardized. Read (ok skimmed) through it. Some interesting stuff on EGFR mutations, TKI responsiveness to mutations (Chapter 4, Fig 1), a paragraph specifically on Exon 20 insertion mutations (p34), 2nd site mutations (so if your treating for 1 mutation, the TKI may not be totally effective), and testing for mutations (p46) such as Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) example I gave that the FDA recently approved by Foundation Medicine in post 1964.
