Great Question. Could guess at this Point... but need to do more DD on SSOF. Transition from a Private Company to a Public Company not smooth. Priorities in a Private Company different. Not defending SSOF BOD, just saying.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
