I run three lucrative business via a similar scenario because of the state licensing prerequisites (as in, I need a state registered/certified location that is zoned properly and a place where i receive mail)... I see it as a case of simple economics.

Unless you are a total moron run by sheer pride, why spend up on a large location that you dont need??
