I suspect in tightening China's sanctions on North Korea they got some threats from North Korea in response - exactly the situation they've been trying to avoid.


So they needed to respond informally through a government controlled newspaper - Global Times added, "As a powerful nuclear state, China will resolutely return like for like."

It couldn't be more blunt.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
