lol, sorry about that.

As of December 2016, SHOM had about 20.5M shares of preferred shares issued. Those usually have voting rights attached of 100:1, 1000:1, 10000:1, etc. which would constitute a majority of the SHOM shareholders in lieu of a meeting, therefore waiving a notice and any meeting of shareholders to vote. SHOM doesn’t list their voting rights conversion rate in their annual disclosure to OTCMarkets.
