“yes, I have communicated with him. asked him if he had a plan to take care of notes coming due Friday..his response was ABSOLUTELY.“

He said the same thing just before the “May” notes were to come due to become eligible for conversions in early November.

No indication they were taken care of and 175 million shares hit the OS in November.
