I like the fact that it is 3 years and I did miss the brokers shares.

Here is what I sent.

Will,

If each unit consists $1,000 and converts at .60=$1,000/.60 =1,666 share
Plus 250(warrants)+1,666=1916 maximum convertible per unit
Now $3,000,000/1000=3,000
3,000 x1916=5,748,000 shares
250 x 3,000=750,000
750,000 x 80=$600,000 if all warrants are exercised after 3years
Plus the company pays $3.0 Mil x 08=$720K interest over 3 years

Is this correct math?
