So right now those existing note holders are sitting on a potential profit of over 300-400%.



we all know that if these separate note holders converted and tried and sell into the market at the same time, they won't get 300-400% return. the price would go down. These note holders would then take a guaranteed lower rate of return. Couldn't say what it would be though as only Tom and this new investor would know.

so the “buyer” would have to pay a premium in the hundreds of percent.



We dont know what Tom is willing to give someone to buy the noteholders out and not convert to make it a win win for shareholders. but like i said, they can always get a different series of shares that that have their own special incentives. So in the end this new investor wont lose money.
