all those shares wont be converted. THere is no room for them. Tom would've had to increase the Authorized share count which hasn't been done. Converters would contact Tom to let him know they will convert first.

In November there would've been at least 624 million shares eligible for conversion. Only about 110 million converted. One of the notes that came due was for legal services and they are the one who most likely converted. They want their money now.

So this fear that 3 billion will convert is not going to happen especially since tom said the notes were taken care of.
