You picked up on something that is so minor in the whole 61 pagers. I don’t think it matters if it is a $40 mm gain or $60 mm gain.

If the SEC is debating between civil negligence charges or no charges then it is a huge win for UDFI. We never know if the articles are accurate but, if so, I didn’t see anything in there that suggests the loan value for the UDFI portfolio was something along the lines of 25% of last reported book value.

I think either there are no charges against UDFI, or some fine and negligence charges. If so, the stock goes above $10.

Of course, just my opinion and I am long UDFI. So, take that for what is’t worth.
