SO, My money says that the VICE HBO special is going to be about the border wall.....Dennis has been sewing a tapestry in recent tweets.....Putting up articles that walk us through the process (and Darkpulses involvement) since early summer.

VICE reports (documentary Style) on current relevant events.



Tom spoke about connections and dealings with some large DOD contractors during the Conference call, My guess is that Tom and his infinite connections brought DarkPulse, Bravatek and one of the before mentioned "DOD contractors" to a SWEET and very equitable arrangement.

In short, Why else would HBO/VICE have Tom/Dennis and company on the show if it wasn't in regards to some major relevant technologies being implemented in real time?

...Border wall.....or perhaps the big Ransomware issue of late...The kaspersky issue perhaps (all of the above...?)
