I think he will transfer assets into JBZY, but he will also issue himself preferred shares that are of equal value to the transferred assets. If true, the common shareholders will not see a $1-for-$1 increase in the value of their common shares for every $1 of transferred assets.

Perhaps unrelated, but I still believe that Wang is doing all of this to transfer some assets out of communist China.
