I'm long on this investment, but i don't think we'll see $10 pps. IMHO, There's no way that a businessman will transfer assets to a shell without simultaneously issuing preferred shares, convertible to common shares equal in value to the transferred assets. Our benefit is when the assets start earning a good ROI.
