It seems that there was some chicanery with the grading of applications for the Ohio licenses. One of the 3 graders is a convicted felon for drug possession. A lawsuit is in the works as there many unhappy people and one person called it a :glorified essay contest". I thought that applicants would be graded on experience and expertise among other things
