Here's the kicker, from George Powell's (CEO) mouth..

During the three months ended June 30, 2017, the Company generated no revenues through the sale of goods and had no associated costs. The Company was unable to generate revenues due to the Company's lack of cash on hand, which made it impossible for the Company to purchase raw materials.
