No I was talking about the chart. This is not dilution by the way, a secondary offering is way different than some penny stock CEO dumping shares for personal profit.

This is a hundred dollar Nasdaq stock, so, big difference.

I honestly haven't been keeping up here aside from price movement so I won't comment on the offering until I see it, but here's an explanation of what's happening. To me, it's not a bad thing as long as GW can get one or more of their drugs to the market.
