Just the fluctuation between the Athex exchange, and the OTC market exchange which is why there are more trading gaps on the daily chart historically. When the Athex exchange closes, the OTC opens from about where the Athex closed. Not so sure anything's penciled in. IMO the decision to leave the OTC is because it's ceased to be of any benefit, and may in fact be slowing down the sp recovery.
