Diamond Dave IMO isn't about to step aside...he has to many slime bag options that the pinks make available to him. He also IMO doesn't have the ethics or acumen to even consider anything now that would distance him from what once upon a time was a viable idea. DD now has this once great concept company circling the drain. This nonsense of inept leadership has gone on far to long. He isn't experienced enough to work his way out of this and I'm not sure the way the share structure is right now that anyone with a D average...a pulse...and the ability to fog a mirror would want to step in and try and mop up and attempt at bailing this sinking ship out.

Any new talent that could possibly bring shareholder value would be looking for all the components that will allow this company to succeed not just a good idea with cancer in the life blood of the company.
