No, in my opinion the company is not legit. Filing an 8K is common practice for share selling schemes like TBEV. The company has only ever generated revenue by selling shares. For years and years, they have done this. It hasn't mattered what business they are in. Or who is supposedly running the show. TBEV has never generated revenue and they have constantly sold shares in order to line the pockets of the CEO and Board of Directors.

History has a way of repeating itself.....over and over again.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
