Yes, I have discussed this with many investors here. That is only "one" piece of this pie. And, as others have posted - we still don't know exactly what is going to be brought into the holding company just yet. We do know that "ALL" of Zhongji Ming Yang is being brought into JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. as of November 3rd, 2017. As far as I am concerned - that'll be fine for now.

If Mr. Wang and company decide to place more into the Holding Company, that will just be a bonus. This is indeed a BRAND NEW Startup that you and I and MANY others are invested in here.

It's going to take time, and as you have noticed - it's a BIG OLE ROLLER COASTER of a ride. Great for traders, interesting for sure.

Do I wish there were some PR's explaining what is happening?
Sure - I have always hoped that the PR campaign would at least happen once each quarter updating shareholders about the specifics going on behind the scenes.

As we move forward, there will be more information about government involvement, charging stations, battery swapping stations, standardization of battery modules for battery stations, low-speed and high-speed EV OEM partnerships. The company is just in the "start-up" phases.
